Payment

All purchases must be paid in full at the time of order via Shopify's secure payment gateway (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or with a buy now pay later model.

Pricing

Prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders & fulfilment

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Customers will receive order confirmation and tracking details by email.

Pre-orders

Some products may be offered on a pre-order basis. Estimated shipping times will be provided, and customers will be notified of any delays.

Shipping

We use Australia Post, DHL, or StarTrack for domestic and international deliveries. Shipping times may vary depending on destination.
