Faulty or incorrect items (ACL compliant): If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and return the item in its original condition. Return shipping will be covered by Merletti.
At this stage, Merletti does not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in this case.
Email our customer service team at contact@merletti.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
